Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 64 years old and in good health.
  • You are not taking any prescription or over-the-counter medications, vitamins, or herbal supplements that could affect the study drugs.
  • You are willing to avoid certain foods and products for several weeks, including oregano, citrus juices, cannabis, CBD, THC, caffeine, and alcohol.
  • You are willing to use a non-hormonal birth control method (like condoms or a copper IUD) during the study and for three weeks after, even if you already use hormonal birth control.
  • You live within 40 miles of Spokane and have time to participate.
  • You have no known allergies to oregano or the study drugs (caffeine, dextromethorphan, losartan, midazolam, and omeprazole).
