Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years old or older.
  • You must be a cardiology patient, have/had sepsis, or have invasive breast cancer (Stage 1-4).
  • If you are a cardiology patient, your admission cannot be for cardiac arrest.
  • If you have sepsis, you cannot have any pre-existing limits on life-sustaining treatments.
  • If you have breast cancer, any stage (1-4) is welcome.
