Who can take part

  • You are a male football player.
  • You have lost more than 15% of the strength in your inner thigh muscles (hip adductors).
  • Your inner thigh strength is less than 80% of your outer thigh strength (or a ratio less than 0.9).
  • You have no current hip or groin injury (such as a strain, tear, or hernia).
  • You have mild muscle fatigue, spasms, or pain (3 or less on a 0-10 scale) during or after matches, but no real injury.
