This study tests if a daily oral CBD product can safely reduce moderate to severe upper extremity pain (pain score over 5 out of 10) that has lasted at least 3 months. It compares CBD to a placebo to see if it helps with bone, joint, tendon, ligament, muscle, or fibromyalgia pain, including post-surgery pain in the arm or hand.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have had arm, hand, shoulder, or elbow pain for at least 3 months.
- Your average daily pain level is between 6 and 8 out of 10 (moderate to severe).
- Your pain is diagnosed as coming from muscles, bones, joints, tendons, ligaments, fibromyalgia, or from a past surgery on your arm or hand.
- You are willing to avoid using cannabis, CBD products, opioid painkillers, and certain other medications during the study.
- You are willing to use approved birth control (if female) or avoid fathering a child (if male) during the study and for a period after.
