Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have had pain in your arm, shoulder, hand, or wrist for at least 3 months.
- Your average daily pain score must be between 5 and 9 on a 0-10 scale.
- If you are female, you must be willing to use approved contraception (like birth control pills, IUD, or condoms with spermicide) during the study.
- If you are male, you must be willing to use condoms or be sterile, and not father a child or donate sperm during the study plus 3 months after.
- You must not have used corticosteroids (like a cortisone shot) in the affected joint within the last 30 days.
- You must not currently use CBD, cannabis, or any marijuana-based products, and must abstain from them during the study.
- You must not have used opioids (like oxycodone) or pain creams/patches recently, and must be willing to avoid them during the study.
