  • You are 25 to 50 years old
  • You have a badly decayed tooth that needs to be pulled
  • You are in good general health (no serious medical conditions)
  • You have enough space in your mouth for a future dental implant
  • You keep your mouth clean and are willing to follow up for 6 months
  • You do not smoke, are not pregnant or nursing, and have no habits like heavy grinding or clenching
