  • You are enrolled in the Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing course at a selected private university.
  • You can read and understand Turkish.
  • You have no physical issues that make coloring hard.
  • You are willing to take part on your own free will.
  • You do not have a diagnosed anxiety or depression condition.
  • You will complete all surveys and attend all coloring sessions.
