Who can take part

  • You are between 19 and 55 years old.
  • You have had brain fog symptoms (like mental fatigue, memory loss, trouble concentrating, inattention, confusion, or decreased thinking clarity) for at least 28 days.
  • You score at least 30 on a brain fog screening questionnaire, or score high enough on certain parts of it.
  • You are not allergic to fish or fish oil.
  • You have not taken omega-3 supplements in the last 30 days.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and don't have a drug or alcohol dependence.
