- You are 18 years old or older
- You have moderate to severe plaque psoriasis
- Your doctor has decided that vunakizumab is a good treatment option for you

- You do not have active tuberculosis, hepatitis, or cancer
- You agree to use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant, and for 20 weeks after the last dose
