- You are between 50 and 80 years old.
- You have had neck pain for more than 3 months.
- You have not had any surgery on your spine.
- You do not have a current diagnosis of depression (Beck Depression Inventory score greater than 16).
- You do not have nerve problems or other neurological conditions.
- You are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
- You are able to use a virtual reality headset (no severe vision problems or epilepsy).
- Your medications for chronic pain have been stable for the past 3 months (no changes to drugs like Pregabalin, Gabapentin, or Duloxetine).
