Who can take part

  • You have had neck pain for more than 3 months.
  • Your neck pain started or got worse after a head or neck injury.
  • You have some trouble with neck movements or pain (scoring 20-60% on a neck disability test or pain level of 3 or more out of 10).
  • You can understand and speak Swedish.
  • You have not had neck surgery, a broken neck, or certain health conditions like epilepsy or nerve problems in your arm.
