Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with PTSD related to two or more traumatic events.
  • You have had little or no previous PTSD treatment (less than 8 sessions).
  • You are currently working or have been on sick leave for less than two years.
  • You do not have a severe mental health condition like psychosis, active substance abuse, or high suicide risk.
  • You can speak and understand Dutch well enough to complete the assessments.
