- Your child has distal hypospadias (the opening is near the tip of the penis, not further down).
- Your child is not circumcised.
- Your child has not had any prior surgery for hypospadias.
- Your child does not have meatal stenosis (narrowing of the opening).
- You agree to follow up for at least 6 months after surgery.
