Who can take part
- You are a healthcare worker (surgeon, anesthesiologist, nurse, or support staff) in a cardiothoracic surgery department in Baghdad.
- You are currently working in that department (not on long-term leave or away for the past 3 months).
- You do not have a diagnosed psychiatric condition other than depression.
- You are not currently receiving treatment for depression or any other mental health condition.
- You are willing to fill out the PHQ-9 questionnaire completely.
