Who can take part
- You are between 25 and 75 years old and have been sexually active.
- You have a persistent high-risk HPV infection (the same or multiple types) that has not gone away for at least 6 months after completing treatment for high-grade cervical or vaginal lesions (HSIL or VaINIII) or cervical/vaginal cancer (surgery, chemoradiation, or radiation).
- You have not had any local or systemic treatment for HPV in the last 3 months.
- You are not currently using other anti-HPV treatments that could interfere with the trial results.
- You do not have only low-risk HPV infection.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you are not immunocompromised (or taking immunosuppressants).
- You do not have other uncontrolled cancers or serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, or bleeding problems.
- You can take oral traditional Chinese medicine and do not have communication or cognitive difficulties that would prevent cooperation.
