Comparing blood clotting tests for clotting factor deficiencies

Hemorrhagic DisordersExtrinsic Pathway Factor DeficiencyHepatocellular Insufficiency With Coagulopathy

Part of Blood & lymphatic clinical trials.

This trial compares different blood test reagents to see which works best for measuring clotting time in people with clotting factor deficiencies or liver disease. It may help doctors choose the right test for your condition.

NCT06974396Recruiting· Phase 4
Comparing blood clotting tests in factor deficiencies or liver disease

This trial uses stored blood samples to see how well different lab tests measure clotting when someone has a factor deficiency (like low levels of clotting proteins) or liver damage. It may help doctors choose the most accurate test for these situations.

Strasbourg
NCT03773159Recruiting
Testing a blood clot test using whole blood flow

This trial tests a new lab device that measures how well your body forms primary blood clots while blood is kept in flowing conditions. It may help doctors better assess bleeding or clotting tendencies and guide future care.

Blood Clotting Tests for Antiphospholipid Syndrome Patients

This study tests a new quick blood-clotting test (point-of-care INR testing) for patients with antiphospholipid syndrome who take blood thinners. The goal is to see if this faster test works as well as standard lab tests for monitoring their treatment.

Normal blood clotting values in premature babies

This trial measures normal blood clotting (hemostasis) in infants up to 18 months old, especially premature babies. It helps doctors understand typical clotting levels to improve care.

Strasbourg
NCT06582563Not yet recruiting
Blood clotting test for patients on blood thinners

This study measures how long it takes for your blood to clot while you are taking anticoagulant medication. The purpose is to understand typical clotting times for patients on these drugs, which may help improve future monitoring or treatment decisions.

NCT05667805Recruiting· Phase 4
Testing blood clotting in people with liver cirrhosis

This Phase 4 study looks at how clotting measurements relate to bleeding risk in people with liver cirrhosis who need a planned liver procedure. The study may help doctors understand what coagulation results mean when doing these procedures safely.
