Who can take part
- You must be 50 years or older.
- You must be at nutritional risk according to the NRS2002 screening tool.
- You must be able to read, hear, and understand Danish or English.
- You must be mentally able to understand the study (know time, place, and your own information).
- You must have been referred by the Liaison team.
- You cannot already be receiving tube feeding or special liquid nutrition.
