Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a diagnosis of IPMN (a type of pancreatic cyst) confirmed by biopsy.
  • Full details about your IPMN (type, grade, and if invasive, its stage) must be available.
  • Clinical and imaging criteria for surgery from international or European guidelines must be available.
  • For cohort B/C: you must have a low burden of other illnesses (Charlson index below 7) and be scheduled for surgery for suspected IPMN.
