- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have a diagnosis of IPMN (a type of pancreatic cyst) confirmed by biopsy.

- For cohort B/C: you must have a low burden of other illnesses (Charlson index below 7) and be scheduled for surgery for suspected IPMN.
