Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older
- You have moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (Hurley stage II or III)
- You have at least 2 body areas affected, with 1 area at stage II/III, and a total of 3 or more abscesses or inflamed bumps
- Your C-reactive protein level is above 3.0 mg/L (a sign of inflammation in the blood)
- You have tried oral antibiotics for at least 3 months without success, cannot tolerate them, or the condition returned after stopping
- You have not used secukinumab or tofacitinib before
