  • You are an adult (18 or older) diagnosed with moderate-to-severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS).
  • You are starting secukinumab (Cosentyx) for the first time, or started it within the last 7 days.
  • You have not taken secukinumab before (for more than a week).
  • You can understand and give consent in Canadian English or French.
  • You have no medical conditions or allergies that would make secukinumab unsafe for you (as decided by your doctor).
