Who can take part
- You must have a spinal cord injury (diagnosed by a doctor using imaging like MRI or CT scan).
- You must be at least 18 years old and have been living with the injury for more than 6 months.
- You need a smartphone or tablet with internet access, and must be able to use it (or have a caregiver who can help).
- You must be safe to have an MRI (no metal implants, pacemaker, claustrophobia, or pregnancy).
- You cannot be in any other regular therapy, exercise, or relaxation program during the study.
- You should be able to speak Cantonese and provide your own consent.
