Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor (like bile duct cancer or melanoma) that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread.
  • For Part 1: You have tried standard treatments and they didn't work, or there is no standard treatment available.
  • For Part 2: You have not had any prior systemic therapy for your advanced cancer (but neoadjuvant or adjuvant therapy completed more than 6 months ago is okay).
  • You are in good enough health to get out of bed and do light activities (ECOG score 0-1).
  • You do not have certain genetic mutations in your tumor (like BRAF V600E, NRAS, or others for specific cancer types).
