Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 65 years old, and you can sign informed consent
  • You have a confirmed advanced solid tumor (like breast, lung, stomach, liver, or colon cancer) that has stopped responding to standard treatment or has no good standard option
  • You have at least one tumor spot that can be measured on CT or MRI for follow-up
  • You must be at least 4 weeks past your last major treatment (and 2 weeks past hormone/endocrine therapy) and your side effects are mostly gone
  • Blood and organ tests must be strong enough (bone marrow, liver, kidney)—the study lists specific threshold values
  • You must have an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1 (you can do daily activities with little or no help) and have at least 3 months expected survival
