  • You are an Egyptian student between 20 and 22 years old
  • You are enrolled in a Faculty of Applied Art at a university in Egypt
  • You are not pregnant or obese
  • You do not have any other nerve or muscle disorders (like spinal stenosis or nerve compression)
  • You have not had any cancer that affects the brain or spinal cord
  • You have not had any major accidents or surgeries that caused muscle or bone problems
