  • You are 18 years or older
  • You were assigned female at birth
  • You have a diagnosis of gender incongruence (gender dysphoria)
  • You are currently taking testosterone therapy
  • You are scheduled for gender-affirming surgery that includes removal of the uterus (hysterectomy)
  • You have never had gynecological surgery or been diagnosed with a gynecological condition
