Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with gender incongruence
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have been on gender-affirming hormone therapy (testosterone or estradiol with anti-androgens) for at least 12 months
  • You did not receive any hormone therapy before this current treatment
  • You have never had a heart attack, stroke, or other cardiovascular event before starting hormone therapy
