  • You are between 12 and 18 years old.
  • You have a solid tumor (like neuroblastoma or other childhood cancer) that has come back or not responded to standard treatment.
  • Your cancer can be seen on scans (like CT or MRI) and is measurable.
  • Your heart, kidneys, liver, and blood counts are working well enough (as checked by your doctor).
  • You have recovered from any side effects of previous treatments, and it has been enough time since your last therapy.
  • You are not pregnant, and you do not have certain infections (like hepatitis B, HIV, or syphilis) or uncontrolled health problems (like high blood pressure, diabetes, or heart disease).
