Gene-guided chemo for kids with relapsed solid tumors

Pediatric Solid Tumor

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests a new combination of chemotherapy drugs (irinotecan, temozolomide, and vincristine) for children whose solid tumors have come back or not responded to standard treatment. It aims to see if a specific gene test can help doctors choose the right dose of irinotecan to reduce side effects.
