Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of FSHD type 1 (a specific form of muscular dystrophy that affects the face, shoulders, and upper arms)
  • You have significant fatigue (a score of 35 or higher on a standard fatigue questionnaire)
  • You own a smartphone and can use it to follow a home exercise program
  • You can still walk (even with a walker or cane)
