Reducing Fatigue in New MS With Individualized Training

Who can take part

  • You have relapsing-remitting MS and first symptoms started less than 5 years ago.
  • You often feel very tired (fatigue) that bothers you, like a score of 4 or more on a 7-point scale.
  • You can walk for at least 10 minutes without stopping.
  • You have a mobile phone with internet access to use a training app.
  • You haven't had an MS attack in the last 3 months and don't take medications for fatigue or nerve pain.
