Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old (ages 76-85 may be considered based on health).
  • You are having a colonoscopy for screening, surveillance, or diagnosis.
  • You must not be taking blood thinners like aspirin or warfarin within 7 days before the procedure.
  • You do not have inflammatory bowel disease (like Crohn's or ulcerative colitis).
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You do not have a bowel blockage or need an emergency colonoscopy.
