  • You are between 45 and 75 years old.
  • You are having a screening colonoscopy, not a follow-up after a previous polyp or cancer surgery.
  • You do not have symptoms like blood in your stool, unexplained weight loss, or a belly lump.
  • You have not taken blood thinners (e.g., aspirin, warfarin) in the past 7 days.
  • You are not currently in another research study and have not been in one in the last 60 days.
  • You do not have a serious bowel condition like Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or certain polyp syndromes.
