  • You are 55 years or older.
  • You have normal thinking skills for your age and education level.
  • You have no history of serious brain or mental health conditions like stroke, epilepsy, or depression.
  • You are not taking medications that affect thinking, such as certain sleep aids or allergy drugs.
  • You have normal vision (with or without glasses/contacts) and are not pregnant or planning pregnancy.
  • You haven't joined a brain training study in the last 2 months.
