Knee awareness in young adults with low back pain

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 26 years old
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is under 30
  • You have low back pain rated between 3 and 8 out of 10 on a pain scale
  • Your disability from back pain is mild (score less than 20 on a standard questionnaire)
  • You have no current knee pain, injury, or past knee surgery
  • You can follow simple instructions and sign a consent form
