Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your tumor can be measured on scans (at least one measurable lesion).
  • You have advanced solid tumors that no longer respond to standard therapy.
  • You are mostly able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within certain limits.
  • You agree to use effective birth control if you could become pregnant or get someone pregnant.
