Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and have been diagnosed with cancer.
  • You are currently receiving cancer therapy (like chemo or targeted drugs).
  • You rate your anxiety as a 5 or higher on a 0–10 scale (0 = no anxiety, 10 = worst).
  • You can fill out questionnaires in English.
  • You have not tried acupressure before.
  • For the self-acupressure part, you have anxiety episodes at home 2+ times a day and want to learn the technique.
