- You are 18 years or older
- You are less than 20 weeks pregnant with a single baby (not twins) and plan to continue the pregnancy
- You plan to get your prenatal care at the same clinic where you join the study
- You identify as Black, African American, Hispanic, Latino, or have Medicaid health insurance
- You can speak English or Spanish
