Who can take part
- Aged 18 to 65 years
- Good physical condition (ECOG score 0 or 1)
- PD-L1 positive (a protein that helps the drug work)
- Cervical cancer type: squamous, adenocarcinoma, or adenosquamous
- Had a radical hysterectomy (complete removal of the uterus and cervix) with pelvic lymph node removal
- At least two high-risk factors found after surgery: lymph node spread, positive margins or parametrial involvement, lymphovascular invasion, or deep invasion into the muscle layer
