  • You are between 40 and 65 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with presbyopia (age-related trouble seeing up close) by an eye doctor
  • You have not had eye surgery or surgery on your head, neck, or upper body
  • You do not have other vision problems like nearsightedness, farsightedness, or astigmatism
  • You do not have serious eye diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, or crossed eyes
