Who can take part

  • You have one of these advanced cancers: HER2-negative stomach cancer, bile duct cancer, platinum-resistant ovarian cancer, esophageal cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, or cervical cancer.
  • You have received at least one previous standard treatment but no more than four prior treatment lines.
  • Your cancer has at least one measurable tumor on a CT or MRI scan.
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old and in good enough health to function on your own (ECOG 0-1).
  • Your blood counts, liver and kidney function are within certain limits, and you have no active infections or other serious medical conditions.
