Who can take part
- You must have a type of stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has not spread to distant organs and is considered stage 3 or 4 (T3-4/N0 or T2-4/N+).
- Your tumor must test positive for a protein called CLDN18.2 (at least 75% of cells).
- You must be 19 years or older and in fairly good health (able to walk and do light activity without help).
- Your kidney, liver, and blood counts must be within certain safe limits before starting treatment.
- You cannot have had major surgery within the past 28 days, active infections, or other serious health conditions like heart failure or lung disease.
