Study of two immunotherapies plus chemotherapy before surgery for stomach cancer

CLDN18.2-Positive Gastric CancerCLDN18.2-Positive Gastroesophageal Junction Adenocarcinoma

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Digestive system clinical trials.

This trial tests a new approach for stomach cancer that hasn't spread. You'd get a combination of an investigational drug targeting a specific protein on cancer cells, an immunotherapy that helps your immune system fight cancer, and standard chemotherapy before surgery. The goal is to see if this makes the tumor shrink more and improves outcomes.
