Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You have finished at least primary school.
  • You speak, understand, and write Turkish.
  • You are in your 24th week of pregnancy (about 6 months along).
  • Your pregnancy started naturally (no fertility treatments).
  • You are not at high risk for pregnancy complications.
  • You are willing to attend a pregnancy school and participate in phone interviews.
