  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • This is your first pregnancy (primiparous).
  • You are between 30 and 34 weeks pregnant.
  • You are having a single baby (not twins or more).
  • You have no serious health problems like high blood pressure, diabetes, or heart disease.
  • You attend a routine pregnancy education class and have a phone with internet.
