Who can take part
- You must have HPV type 16.
- Either you have high-grade cervical cell changes (HSIL) or you have advanced cervical cancer that has progressed after at least two prior treatments.
- You need to be age 18 to 60 for cervical changes, or 18 or older for advanced cancer.
- You must not have other cancers (except certain treated ones), active serious infections, or autoimmune diseases.
- If you could become pregnant, you must agree to use reliable birth control during and for 6 months after the trial.
