Who can take part
- You have a confirmed cancer (carcinoma) that is locally advanced and HPV-related.
- Your tumor must test positive for HPV16 using a certified lab.
- You must have the matching genetics for the treatment: HLA-A*02:01 (often screened as “HLA-A*02,” then confirmed as A*02:01).
- You must have measurable cancer on scans/tests, and be age 18 or older.
- You must have enough healthy blood counts and organ function based on lab tests (blood, liver, kidneys, and clotting).
- You must be able and willing to sign consent and join long-term follow-up and blood/tissue sample study protocols.
