Who can take part

  • You have a body mass index (BMI) between 25 and 30.
  • You have at least one of these: prediabetes (fasting blood sugar between 100 and 125), fatty liver (any grade), or mild high blood pressure (systolic 140 to 159).
  • You do not have inflammatory bowel disease, digestive tract cancer, food allergies, or trouble absorbing nutrients.
  • You do not have serious heart, kidney, or liver disease (aside from simple fatty liver).
  • You are not taking medication for these conditions and are not on a special diet like vegan or gluten-free.
  • You are not pregnant.
