  • You are using your own eggs for this IVF cycle (not donor eggs).
  • You have 5 or fewer fertilized eggs on the first day of embryo development.
  • You are planning a fresh embryo transfer (not frozen).
  • You are not planning to test all embryos genetically (PGT).
  • You have had 2 or fewer previous IVF cycles and no history of 3 or more miscarriages.
