- You are a woman veteran.
- You have experienced sexual violence at any point in your life.
- You are between 21 and 65 years old.
- You do not currently meet physical activity guidelines (less than 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week).
- You have some physical difficulties that affect your daily life.
- You have a safe and private place to do the virtual exercise program.
- You do not have certain health conditions that could make exercise unsafe (like uncontrolled diabetes, seizure disorder in the last 5 years, or serious heart, liver, or kidney disease).
