Who can take part

  • You were diagnosed with breast cancer between ages 18 and 50.
  • Your breast cancer was stage 0, I, II, or III and had not spread.
  • You finished your main treatments (surgery, chemo, radiation, etc.) 6 months to 5 years ago.
  • You feel a little down or depressed, but not severely.
  • You can understand English or Spanish and have a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
  • You are willing to take part in a 6-week online mindfulness program.
