Engineered immune cells for relapsed neuroblastoma in children

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (called CNK-UT) for children whose neuroblastoma has come back or hasn't responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if these cells can find and attack the cancer. Participation may be an option if your child's tumor has a specific marker (B7-H3) and their overall health is stable enough.

Who can take part

  • Ages 1 to 12 years, weighing at least 22 pounds (10 kg)
  • Has neuroblastoma that returned after treatment or did not fully respond to standard therapy
  • Tumor tested positive for B7-H3 (a protein on the cancer cells)
  • Can have at least one tumor seen on a MIBG scan or bone marrow test
  • Child is well enough to get out of bed and play (Lansky score above 60)
  • Major organs like heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and blood counts are working adequately
